Maple Breakfast Sausage


1 pounds of High Meadow Farm ground pork

½ very small onion, very finely diced

1 teaspoon salt

¾ teaspoon dry, ground sage or 1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh sage

1/3 teaspoon dry, ground mustard

¼ teaspoon black pepper

4 teaspoons High Meadow Farm maple syrup


Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and shape into patties.
