Fruit, Brie and Maple Filled Fillo Shells

Fruit, Brie and Maple Filled Fillo Shells Recipe:

15 frozen mini fillo dough shells

3-4 oz Brie

Thinly liced High Meadow Farm peaches, apples or whole raspberries

8 teaspoons High Meadow Farm maple syrup

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cut a small piece of brie and place in each fillo shell.  Put a small piece of fruit in each shell.  Gently drizzle over ½ teaspoon maple syrup.  Bake on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes until the brie is melted.  Serve warm.
